Real ID Act - What you haven't heard before

I wanted to forward you an email that I wrote to Aaron at about the Real ID Act. This is the truth about it that you have not ever heard from anyone.

For my friends in countries outside of the 50 United States, feel free to share this with your American friends. - Hide quoted text -

I skimmed through the article written by Campaign for Liberty. On one hand, the real ID act is nothing because it is Municipal Law to the Federal government.

See the definition section of HR 418 or TITLE 49 > SUBTITLE VI > PART A > CHAPTER 303 > ยง 30301 Definitions

In this title, the following definitions apply:

(4) STATE- The term `State' means a State of the United States, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, Guam, American Samoa, the Northern Mariana Islands, the Trust Territory of the Pacific Islands, and any other territory or possession of the United States.

[end excerpt ; Emphasis added]

You see, when it talks about a State, it is only talking about one of the Federal States and territories. So when it applies to citizens, it only applies to a citizen of a Federal State which is also known as a "United States citizen" (lower case c).

Also, state is used to define itself which makes it vague and is not allowed by law. Makes it void.

If you were to research the definition of the United States in relation to this Act, you would find that the United States follows the same definition of STATE, the federal states and territories (not the plural definition, the 50 States).

A "United States citizen" is a federal citizen which many Citizens of one of the 50 states claim that they are.

The main problem is not that they are trying to pass the Real ID act, the problem is that most Citizens don't realize that they really aren't "U.S. citizens" but claim they are.

If we get people to understand that their rights are being take because they are claiming something false and they need to fix it. The tax problem, the Real ID problem, and these other Federal problems are gone once people understand this.

With all that in mind, when you read things like the Special Requirements section of HR 418, you will see this

(A) IN GENERAL- To meet the requirements of this section, a State shall comply with the minimum standards of this paragraph.

[end excerpt ; Emphasis added]

A State shall comply., and what is a State? Go back up to the definition.

B) EVIDENCE OF LAWFUL STATUS- A State shall require, before issuing a driver's license or identification card to a person, valid documentary evidence that the person--

(i) is a citizen of the United States;

(ii) is an alien lawfully admitted for permanent or temporary residence in the United States;

(iii) has conditional permanent resident status in the United States;

[end excerpt; Emphasis added]

Remember, this is Municipal to the United States (singular) which is the Federal government. United States (plural) is for the 50 states united.
