Anyone that offers an answer, well, their followers are either in jail, dead, or on the run. Bill Cooper put together a lot of information about the Federal government and the IRS. Another person is Paul A. Mitchell. Paul A. Mitchell wrote a book that you can read online. It is the real Code Cracker that Pete Hendrickson plagiarized the title from. Check out this page on the FairTax Plan. There also is detailed information on why the IRS is allowed to take your money. Paul's book is The Federal Zone: Cracking the Code of Internal Revenue. In Petes book, he has people stating that if they are not Federally priveleged, then they are not a US Individual or a US person. This is true. But then he has people filing a 1040 form to make corrections to claim that your income is not income by their definition and to get a refund. There is a problem. All 1040 forms are for US Individuals. How can you claim you are not a US Individual and submit a form for a US Individual to get your money back? You see it is a failure system and will get a lot of people in trouble down the road. Paul brought this to my attention and I didn't even think about that. So, I no longer recommend Pete's method because it really keeps you as a US Individual. Paul can help you remove yourself from the Social Security contributions, and remove yourself from IRS and Fed control.
